Do you feel alone?
Do you have a diagnosis of bipolar disorder and feel isolated?
Are you interested in finding ways to grow and move forward in your life?
Despite the diagnosis?
Do you struggle with doing the things that you know are good for you consistently?
When I was first diagnosed, and for the first number of years after, I felt alone. I had heard of in-person support groups and they didn’t appeal to me. Friends and family had told me of their experiences in various support groups and it was almost always not positive.
On May 1, Scott Inside Out will be launching an online monthly growth community called “Make Your Mind Your Ally”. I’m excited to get this off the ground and provide a virtual online space where people diagnosed with bipolar disorder can share, grow, and learn together consistently.
There will be a few upcoming webinars in which more details of the online community will be shared.
They will take place on Tue April 18 at 12:00 pm MT and Wed April 26 at 6:30 pm MT.
