The grounding for this event is to help that ONE person struggling.

A person that is feeling low, feeling depressed...

They might be finding it hard to get out of bed, to take a shower, and/or feeling like tuning out the world right now.

That person might be self isolating, not engaging with family or friends, and really not enjoying their life right now.

If you are, or know of someone, that is described above...

***Please share this event publicly and/or with specific people that you feel may benefit from it***

And if that person above is you...tune in live during the event at least once.

BTW...I have been that person described above at times in the past...especially during this time of year.

This is a 100% ONLINE drop-in style event.

***FREE***

Join myself and others live on the Facebook event page for as little or as long as you'd like.
Whatever works for you!

The holiday season can be a very depressing time for many.

With everything that's happened in 2020...sadly this year could be even more so.

This 3rd annual free depression awareness event will be strictly online.

You Are Not Alone will consist of many Facebook live videos including:
- myself and others vulnerably sharing about our experiences with depression
- classes/experiences taught by experts in yoga and meditation
- people discussing tools that help to turn around depression
- free and paid resources to support you managing depression

These videos will be at various times during the day. And of course they can be viewed at any time afterwards!
